South Rehoboth stretches from Rehoboth Avenue south to Silver Lake; the beach is accessible at the end of each street. There's some commercial in the first and second blocks of South Rehoboth, and, of course, Funland where kids of all ages still go. Lots are usually 50x100, but some lots offer more depth allowing expansion or room for a second unit. We must always check with the City of Rehoboth as to what is permitted anywhere in town.
